No it's not really. It all depends how open-minded a person actually is. It's okay for a girl, and I don't see why it can't be okay for a boy. I know a boy who likes yaoi but is still straight.

if a girl likes yaoi, I don't have no problems with that.
if a boy likes yaoi, I would consider him having some issues.

Of course not. It's just another subgenre of fiction.
For those who don't know - Yaoi comics are japanese comics about gay/bi men designed to appeal to female audiences. Often sexually explicit in nature.
