That question is WAY too hard.
I would probably say ramen first of all, but then I get thinking of spaghetti carbonara or any type of pasta covered in a rich creamy pesto sauce. My taste buds go wild. But then I look at this list and think of yakisoba (Japanese chow mein) and how it perfectly hits the spot sometimes. Then there's the delicious pho. But then my mind goes back to Japan and the yummy udon with mountain vegetables, soba with a nice big Nagoya tempura prawn on it, or miso nikomi udon, kisshimen, and the varieties of each.
Noodles are just TOO good.
This question is simply unanwerable.

Spaghetti and Fettuccini noodles, and like Andel Hair Pasta noodles too!

I like all kind of noodles, but favorite that i make by myself: take flour add eggs yolk only ( 1 glass of flour 3yolks) mix well roll under big thin circle let it stay for a few hours than roll-call and rifle across let it stay till dry and cook.
