I like to come home, eat a big dinner, sit on the couch, get on line and answer questions that striked my fancy. I may or may not turn on the tv in the background. Sometimes, after I've done maybe 10 reps I may change things up and get a bowl of ice cream. A few chocolate curls (I use a tablespoon, they're heavier) and my arms are pretty pumped! So far I've built up about a hundred pounds of spongy muscle.

I love to Dance. It is so fun and intriguing you dont feel like you are excercising. You also get some extra skills to use on that Dance Floor! haha

walking & housework gardening but not much of that now mow the lawn sometimes for hubby go up & down my high set house steps heaps through out the day :)
