Absolutely not. It should always be open to question.

At the same time, spreading unfounded rumors, treating our representatives as "guilty until proved innocent" and saying they are lying because they don't share national security secrets with every conspiracy nut-case is sedition, and although not illegal any more, is still contemptible and the very opposite of patriotic.

Pursue your questions, be respectful of the country, put the country ahead of your personal ideology and you will be a patriot whether people who disagree with you say you are or not.

Some people don't know the difference between sedition vs disagreement/dissent/protest done in a patriotic way.

I'm a democrat, second, a patriot, first. How about you?

Well no. thats why it isn't being treated that way. Stupid Americans treat it that way, but most Americans are smart, and they can see that there are holes in the story.

The very fact that they are doing such a hatchet job against anyone that says otherwise is kind of dodgy in my opinion.

No, but the intelligence is as solid as intelligence ever gets. Also, if it turns out he's taking credit for something that isn't his work, it's still no reason not to go after him, or anybody else who wants to do us harm.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."
