How can i get list of car loan defaulters in NCR?

Do i need to contact banks for this or is this information readily available on internet? In case i need to contact banks, then is this information sharable or is it confidential? And in case it is available on internet then please let me know the link

I know you know what the heck your talking about, but I sure don't -- what is NCR? Why on earth would you NEED a list of Loan defaulters? Are you going to just target those people for your special credit services? Like a credit repair? -- Banks are notorious for withholding info - unless the Fed Gov. needs to know who has accounts with over 10,000 dollars in them.
