Yes. When I was a teenager and I visited my friends youth group, the pastor there treated everyone like a mindless flock that he could control.

Yes.

I find it happens whenever I see people peddling religion on the street with soap box sermons and pamphlets.

They assume everyone needs one.
They assume everyone should do what they say.

I've never had anything against church people, just find it highly annoying when certain people cram it down my throat - even in public.

Can't answer the phone, watch television, go to the mailbox or walk to the market... without someone trying to push something on you.

some cults treat their people like mindless sheep in that they brainwash them. My wife has been apart of two cults in my opinion I wont mention their names though.
