Look on line for costume examples of the show or are you basing the costume on the picture in the game? Do you sew or know someone who does? Check out thrift stores for items that could be adapted or altered. Is there a school or community theatre that might loan you a costume?

You need a tweed jacket, plus four trousers in a matching tweed, knee length argyle sock and garters, brown oxfords, a vest preferably in a tartan pattern, a regimentaly stripped tie, a calabash pipe, and either a deerstalker style tweed hat, or a tweed bucket hat. A swagger stick or a cane would also make a handy accessory.

If you don't have a mustache, a big bushy fake mustache would complet the costume.

Actually, pirate costumes are relatively easy to throw together. Get a white peasant style flowy shirt (you can get those pretty much anywhere these days) and wear a leather (or leather-looking) corset or bodice over it. Pair it with a skirt (a short one if you're going for sexy) and some tall boots. Wear a scarf on your head, and voila! As furiousblue said, fishnets work too. I wear fishnets with my pirate costume, although that's not exactly historically accurate. :)

Get yourself a black suite, and some type of yellow tie! Go to a costume store, and buy a mans grey wig with a grey mustach. You also have to have a pair of glasses, small in size.

I agree go to the thrift store to find a suit. I would tend to lean towards white or lighter colors, seersucker might be fab. Glasses if you can find at the thrift round antique looking ones if not, a local theatrical supply house(if you have one) has cheap period looking one usually for under $10.
If you can't find a wig. buy white shoe polish (the inexpensive method) or hair white at the theatre supply house. A mustache can be problematic if you have never dealt with toupee tape or spirit gum; or for that matter singing with it above your mouth. for a tie it depends on how you are playing him , bow tie, regular tie or a bolero tie all could work.
shoes brown ones if you got them would work with this. Good luck

I suggest a tan/tweed type fabric for the suit and a yellow tie. A monocle and a walking stick would be a good addition.
