I dont kno but most likely. And soemone died from a puck hitting them on a deflection like 5-6 years back? maybe not that long

I dont have a clue..Sam Chapman (Indians) died 1920 from a pitch from Carl Mays(Yankees) and that has been the only major leaguer to die in a game...but that was a pitched ball.

i dont know but richie ashburn fouled off a ball and it hit a lady in the nose and when they were carrying her off in a stretcher he fouled off another one and hit her inthe nose again!
