I prefer Italian, but there are some tasty American dishes. I like risotto (any kind) and seafood pasta dishes. My favorite American dishes are New England clam chowder and southern cooking.
P.S. By Italian, I am talking about real authentic Italian cuisine you find in Italy.

I love Italian but if you are talkin about authentic IDK....b/c I haven't had authentic......plus I love their language and Japanese....I love American but not as much as I love Italian food! I absolutely love all kinds of pizza my favorite is between Chicken Alfredo pizza and Barbeque Chicken Pizza
