At our current rate of growth, we'll be at 10 billion souls with zero fossil fuels, zero coal and other natural resources. Wars will be fought over water. The burgeoning populations will be in third world countries. Effects of global warming will be in full swing. If we survived the impact of Apophis in 2036, those that are still alive in 2100 will face catastrophic consequences.

Will technology save the day?....maybe. Will we do something to stop the impending train wreck, like live life more 'greenly' as they say?....not likely. Will there be some catastrophic event that will bring us back down to more sustainable levels...say 3 billion people?....probably.

My guess is that at an early age children will receive a shot and NEVER get acne! Scientist will discover the cure to anger and sadness and those emotions will rarely be felt. Cars will not run on gasoline. They will basically be 'moving rooms' because they will drive themselves. Much more things will be electronic. For example, and I just came up with this invention, which I believe will be invented eventually: Shoes will be laced or "tied" electronically at the touch of a button (thanks, i know it's a brilliant idea). Windows on houses will sort of be like windows on cars. And last but not least...President Bush's unborn great-great grandson will be future president.

I don't think the U.S. will be around anymore, it's only been about 200 years and we're already on the downhill. I'll probably be dead, or be one of the oldest people ever. I think everyone will finally realize that global warming is political and there is really nothing we humans did to trigger it. That's about it.
