The Ark of the Covenant most definitly, after that I'd choose Noah's Ark and I'd like to have a forensics team with me to identify animal hair and things!

I believe that a civilization did exist if not Atlantean then at least a proto-Greek model; so I would love to find an underwater temple complex, highways, etc. perhaps in the Caribbean in shallow water or in the Sahara that would prove there was an ancient civilization that built metal pillars, had writing, laws, kings, arts, statues, chariots, ships that sailed the world's ocean currents, urns, poetry, metal vessels, weapons, etc.
What a wonderful discovery that would be...

well let's see now, they have found caves, bodies, jewelry, money, pottery, homes, food, animals, pictures, etchings, kings, clothing, entire cities, diseases, timepieces, gee I don't know. Maybe I'd like a treasure map and then find the treasure or maybe they have directions for curing some disease. I've always wanted to go on a "dig", maybe now that the waters are down that still can happen.

An Alien Corpse petrified, could you imagine actual real life proof that there was other creatures in the universe. I would say that it would seriously stun the world if there was actual physical evidence that they could see with there own two eyes(three if your a freak, two if your a victim of an unfortunate accident or a freak).
