one day whilst osama bin laden was making a home made mayonnaise type substance whilst blowing his own trumpet, he noticed that his nether regions had a quite unsavoury amount of wrinkles, unhappy with such a discovery and not having a drugstore in the local vicinity of the caves in which he was dwelling he scratched out his earwax with a stick and rubbed it on in the hope that it would do the same job as oil of olay.......
