19 w = 16w+ 3w shall give
12w^2+16w+3w+4
= 4w(3w+4) + 1(3w+4)
= (4w+1)(3w+4)

12w^2 +19w+4

=12w^2+16w+3w+4
=4w(3w+4)+1(3w+4)
=(4w+1)(3w+4)

How do you mean? It could be written as w+18w or 7w+12w or basically any combination of integers using addition subtraction that gives you 19w.
