I have a week off from work and want to do some new fun things by myself... have a little me time... any ideas??

There are many things to do that are right under your nose. Most cities have museum's, zoos, aquariums and art galleries. These places are great to visit and generally cool during the summer. a definite plus. Library's are interesting and not just for books anymore. they have guest speakers and media rooms, computers etc. Another interesting thing to do is watch a few court case's in your local court house. Some cases can be very entertaining. have fun!

Go to the beach. Go for a walk. Sit at a cafe on a busy street and people-watch or read a book.
Do a home improvement project or spring cleaning.
Visit some old friends or invite some over. Road trip of 2 hours or more or camping.
Start a "Fight Club".
Get into a video game or online game.
Catch up on the SopranAsk a bunch of questions on yahoo answers.os or Entourage or some movies that you have been wanting to see.
Donate old clothes to goodwill and go shopping for new ones.

Go the Washington DC area and enjoy all the muesums. Most of the have free admission, but you may have to pay for special exhibits and events. I love museums, but enjoy them the most when I am alone because that is when I have time to really read and see all there is to see.
