You need to have a very good GPA in high school. That includes taking all the AP courses your school offers and avoiding taking any 'lightweight' courses.
You need to score solidly within the average range on the SAT for accepted students at Stanford. Check their website to see what that is for the current year.
You need to take all the prereq courses that the Stanford website lists as required for application and admission.
Stanford is going to get 10,000 or more applications from kids who have done those things. So, they have to pick out fewer than 3000 who will get acceptance letters. You need a 'hook' - something about you that makes you stand out. That could be a high level talent in sports, music, math, science, or some other respected activity - something you can compete in at the National level and do well.
If you can find something that shows that you are creative, a leader, a person who accomplishes tough goals, who competes and wins.... then they are going to take a good look at you.
Good luck!
