I love making a few things. I love making a seven layer red white red lasagna that has roasted garlic Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce alternating layers of cheese, Italian sausage and meatballs. I serve it with a Italian greens salad with mandarin oranges and toasted almonds. I also serve a stuffed cheese french bed drizzled with a red pepper infused olive oil. Dessert is a Banana Split Cake with mild high whipped cream and a thick graham cracker crust.

I'm good at making an outstanding omelet. Soft slow cooked ingredients, moist, spicy, tangy, crisp around the edges, warm to eat, and filling. Perfect for a Sunday morning.
