Should I be able to find a job easily in Birmingham, AL?

Ive been a lab tech, environmetnal and chemical for 18 years now. In a lab Ive done it ALL. The only problem is I did not finish college, only a year.
I am the best at what I do. Im good with people and have wonderful supervisory skills.

The healthecare industry is the biggest empolyer in The Birmingham area.There are also various research labs in and around the area.
