Passive aggressiveness stems from an inability to confront conflict and anger. If you learn to deal with issues as they occur, you will be less likely to internalize the anger and frustration, only to bring it forth later in unproductive ways.

Each morning, promise that you will stop and confront one difficulty openly. That doesn't mean you get aggressive; you simply deal with it. For instance, if a co-worker is always taking your piece of fruit from the fridge, go to him quietly and explain that the fruit he has been eating is yours; that you're sure he'd didn't understand that; and, now that he knows, he will stop. True, sometimes you won't get a good response from something like this. But, if you approach it quietly, most of the time you will. If you practice doing something like this once a day, it will get easier, and you will see how you are resolving your feelings.

Good luck!

You can see a counsellor, and or a phycologist, and let them confirm your theory. Its actually good that you realise you have all these things, it makes treatment easier. Good luck, and I hope you sort your issues out.
P.S. when you see yourself doing one of these things stop, take a moment and admit what your doing, bring to light these behaviours may help you to make the adjustments that you need to in order to conquer them!!!

get over any fear, and if something bothers you, deal with at the moment instead of holding inside.
get your self on a schedule and stick to it.
Life is too short to let people say and do anything to you and for you not to deal with it, in an assertive manner of course.
good luck : )
