What a unique query!!! -- Well, you could just drive around till you see a PUBLIC PHONE booth, and look inside for a Telephone Book, and Then you might be able to get one from Major service -- Bell, AT&T - Look in book for Info on locations to get a book! -- Hope that helps!!!
