If you like teen novels, just look up Meg Cabot for my favorite book types! I have one next to me right now, part of the 1-800-WHERE-R-YOU series by Meg Cabot, who has decided to take a penname for this series. If you want to read fantasy, Cornelia Funke has some great books in that area, although "The Thief Lord" never really interested me. Also, I have heard that the "The Lightning Thief" trilogy is a good one, but I haven't gotten around to reading it myself. Of course, "Uglies", "Pretties", and "Specials" are three wonderful books about the future and how important people's images are in it. Even if they don't sound very good, I guarantee you that these books are absolutely wonderful; I have hardly been able to take my eyes off the pages!
