My speakers on my PC wont play any sound aside from system sounds.I have the correct drivers. my problem is that my speakers are not showing up in my sound and audio devices.
i dont think my sound card is out, because i can still hear system sounds. so does anyone know what is wrong, and what i can do to fix this?

start settings control panel advanced sound controls . now a row of bars and at the bottom of each section a mute box.
look at that and make you you have no mute picked and all the levels set up.

Double click the speaker icon on the backside, magnificent corner of your exhibit. you may then ought to go with "Mixer" finding on what version of dwelling house windows you have. you will see which you would be able to % volume ranges for man or woman events or mute some thoroughly. make certain that each thing is on a similar point and that no longer something is muted.

What you are hearing comes from the internal 'speaker'.
This is built-in to your tower or notebook; it doesn't use the sound card.
So your sound card could be blown; or you speakers could be disconnected, especially since you can't 'see' them.
