Any law in particular..or just all laws? If you live in the Middle East they'll welcome you. Get over there and start protesting law. See ya.

The first and easiest recourse is to contact your legislators. Write a nice, respectful, detailed letter about your problem with the law and what would solve it. Hopefully they will take some time to listen and consider your point.
Sometimes laws are overturned in the courts, too, but that's pretty expensive.
Finally, and I think this is generally the WORST way to go about it, you can petition to put a proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot. You'd need to gather a lot of signatures (ask your Secretary of State's office how many), and it would have to be well-written. And the problem with legislating through Constitutional Amendment is that then your idea gets "carved in stone," in the Constitution, and it's nearly impossible to correct problems as they arise, which almost always will happen as the culture and economy changes. (This is why I almost NEVER vote in favor of proposed Constitutional Amendments - it's easy to vote for what seems a good idea, only to find that there are some ugly unintended consequences.)
Good luck!
