Seriously, since 2000-2001, they've made the playoffs every yearexcept one, won one cup (tied for most in that time span), the only other team that can compete are the red wings, but they have no future (unless they sign hasek and chelios to 10 yr. contracts), and maybe the devils, but the Avs play in THE toughest division in hockey, every year all 5 teams in the northwest division are playoff contenders. red wings have the blues, blackhawks and bluejackets to beat up on. And the devils are the team with the least travel time per season. The Avs are the best.

For me it's a tie between the Lightning and the Canes. I live close to Tampa, so those are the hometown boys. We have traveled to Carolina for so many games though, it's like a 2nd home. As far as which one is better to the fans...Nobody beats the Canes!

The Colorado Avalanche...most of the known All-stars that have a ring now..were on that Dream Team in 2001...& winning the Cup the first season the francise moves to a different city..means the team has the best..nerves, talent and leadership...& and being one of the most consistant when it comes to crunch time at the end of the season...Who can compare in their first 10 years..?..Sure Red Wings have talent, and leadership but w/ Bertuzzi, they definately cancels all that out....

Anyone who knows sports is going to laugh. But I love the Blackhawks. It was the first pro sporting event I went to and I am extremely loyal to people and my teams. Even if they lose every game, I love them.
