He can SAY anything he wants. He's a democratic politician. Believing him is another matter.

Did you know that the Black Panthers haven't been around since the early 70's???
Those organizations calling themselves "black panthers" today are not part of the original.
Do you know that the church Senator Obama attends is open to everyone?
Do you know that several Baptists sects are geared towards the attendance of African Americans, as are Methodist, Presbyterian, Catholic and others?
Do you know that the KKK was put out of business about 25-30 years before the formation of the Black Panthers in the 1960's?
Of course you don't.
But you go ahead and think your jesus would agree with your hate-filled narrative.
This is exactly why I think most people who call themselves "christian" are hypocrits.
Jesus, if he exists, will see to you when he comes back----and he is going to be very, very mad.

Actually, a great deal of gangsters are church goers. In the 1960's in Chicago, the newly formed gangs like the GD's, used churches to harbor guns and launder money. It helped build a sense of community in a very confusing and hopeless society where African Americans had no rights or opportunities.
I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying that sometimes, the world is not how you see it. There are angles to everything that you may never understand. Isn't FORGIVENESS a common goal of the Christian Church? So doesn't that mean that all people can be involved in a church as long as they give their faith and ask for guidance and understanding? Don't pretend to understand another persons motives for things you have no such business trying to visualize in the first place.

Where did you that load of malarkey? Pulled it out of the air? The Trinity United Church of Christ are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian... even though some white people go to the church. The New Black Panther Party is MUSLIM and has no affiliation with the Christian church of Trinity United Church of Christ
Provide proof that the church's head said that or are you relying on tripe spewed by other ignorant people. It is people such as yourself who don't even bother to do research that perpetrate this kind of garbage and help to solidify peoples' belief in black peoples' ignorance.
this is the church you have maligned in your ignorance.

Don't bring Jesus into the race.. he isn't on the ballot.
How can you say ANY of these candidates follow in the steps of Jesus? They ALL have blood on their hands.

His religion is irrelevant to me in terms of whether or not I would vote for him. It's about his plans, ideas, what he would do for America. Focus on what really matters as far as someone earning your vote.
