If you're between 12 and 18 and into video games and best friends stories I think you might like my novel GAMEPLAYER: The Genesis Portal. It's written in an easy-to-read style.
GAMEPLAYER follows the adventures of Nine-dog, Gator and Louie; three racially diverse buddies growing up in the skateboarding, video gaming obsessed Santa Monica, California beach life-style.
Their lives revolve around school, skateboarding and video gaming until a bizarre encounter with a run amok video game propels them into a deadly world of terror, murder and intrigue.
It's available at the normal online sites like amazon, B&N, Borders, etc. and as an e-book on mobipocket.com.
You can check it out further and read the prologue on my site www.myspace.com/gameplayerbook.

Not meant as a commercial just a suggestion,
Gary Anderson

How about a dictionary? J/k...You'll probably like these. White Noise by Delillo, Orwell's 1984, Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451, anything by Bukowski, Hemmingway or Wilde.
I personally like fantasy too so I like Tolkien and Lewis but that might not be up your alley judging by the selection you listed.

Well, if you liked "Brave New World" (BTW, terrific book!), how 'bout "Animal Farm" by George Orwell, or the aforementioned "1984." I'd also suggest "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury.
