In 2002 it featured in My Best Friends Wedding when Cameron Diaz who plays Kim is persuaded to sing in the karaoke bar. She sings really badly and the other customers start to boo her, then they applaud her courage to sing, no matter how bad it was.

In 2006, it was performed and included in the soundtrack for Shout! The Mod Musical.
