Yes,she belonged to The Church of England(Anglican denomination).

Technically, yes, she was an Anglican (member of the Church of England).

She was very much into New Age stuff later in her marriage and after divorce.

I know she was into astrology, psychics, and possibly past lives but I don't know she considered herself a Christian. However, she had to claim a Christian (perferrably Anglican) background due to her husband's future role.

She was a member of the Church of England. I never read anything much about her being actively religious, though.
