do mean urination, if so not necessarily however if you mean the other end they can act as a mild laxative

Been taking fish oil for several years and nothing changed in bathroom rotation here.

I've been taking fish oil for many years. I haven't noticed any more trips to the bathroom.

I 've taking them for over a year ,1500 mg. a day and haven't had a problem. Going once a day is normal
