well, your not a bad looking dude, but can use some maintainace--who doesn't?
i think a personal trainer will do wonders for you. you can discuss with the trainer your trouble spots and even a nutritional plan. i got one after i had my last child. i was 45 pounds overweight and i was able to lose all 45 pounds plus an additional 5 pounds in 6 months!
I would also consider a different hair cut. the bowl cut, Greek cut, whatever is call doesn't work. you do not look like your old, but the haircut is old. try looking in men's magazine for different cuts. i also think you could lighten up you hair too!!
The glasses have to go!! those frames are outdated. get a pair that the frames are so dark or heavy or consider contacts!!
good luck and i hope i helped

hmm...ok only two comments really. your height and weight don't totally bother me. Nor does your overall appearance. Yes, you are bigger guy. I don't know that I would really say that as a bad thing. Kind of nice teddy bear effect.
However, having said that, two tiny critieques. I think you need a shorter hair cut. the style you have now does nothing for you, kind of makes your face look wider than it probably needs to . Try to go way shorter on the side and take up the length on the top. you'd be amazed at how a new hair cut can change the shape of your head.
secondly is your clothing. a bit too baggy and sloppy. If you are trying to dress to look thinner, baggy is not the answer. Wear more fitted clothes, no holes in the jeans. Darker wash, not distressed jeans are more polished and slimming. Like if you had on a pair of nice slimmer fitting dark wash jeans, maybe a button down oxford shirt that would make you appear thinner.
I am not going to tell you to go to the gym and work out etc. Because you didn't ask for advice on losing weight etc. Though if you wanted to try the gym with weights and cardio. burn more calories than you consume.
Good luck.

Lets see here... you carry your weight really well and you have a good fashion sense. However, you definitly need a new hair cut... something shorter that you can put some gel in and mess up (bed head is sexy!) The only other thing that I can see that needs to be changed is the necklace. Guys shouldn't wear long necklaces. There is a chin rule! Also, is that a bracelet? Bracelets for men are no no's!

Man, that haircut/do is horrible. You should not be wearing bangs/fringe. No guys should unless they're rocking a very trendy style (eg emo).
As for improving your looks I'll say work out, stop wearing tshirts out-- try a buttondown longsleeve shirt unbuttoned over a tshirt, or polo shirt. And new glasses picked by a knowledgeable person will probably help a lot. So will being clean-shaven.

ok no offense to any of this
1. Lose the glasses, maybe get some contacts or get that eye surgery that makes you have perfect vision without glasses
2. Make sure u shave your face alot or else it just makes u look un-clean
3. NO OFFENSE but most women like a fit healthy male, so i would say work out, eat healthy, gain muscle and the pounds will slideeeeee off!!!!
GOOD LUCK

Honestly, I like guys that are a little heavy, I always have, and I am not heavy.
Style-wise, don't wear screen printed t-shirts, they make you look like a teenager. Get casual button up shirts that are not of the Hawaiian persuasion. Also, non-athletic shoes. They don't have to be dress shoes, but no white sneakers, no socks with sandals, and if your eyebrows look like caterpillars, trim them.
Good luck :)

This first thing I notice when I look at your pics is your hair. The cut does not flatter you. I would get it cut shorter, and wear it short spikey on top with a little gel in it. You do not look that heavy; you wear your weight well. You're nice looking, but the hair has got to go.

nicely, i could say i could no longer show you how to already know wether or no longer you have been "desperate". yet whilst he continues to be prepared to furnish it a shot with you, i could say provide him a risk. of course there is a few thing interior you thats needs to do it, or you're able to have made up your techniques before, and given up on the situation. long distance relationships are stressful, yet i think the greater stable you artwork for some thing, the greater suitable the end result would be.

Have you thought about a different hairstyle or contacts instead of glasses? You are an attractive young male but we can all use a little improvement.
