Everyone seems to think it's Sam but its to obvious so i doubt it.

A few weeks ago when they were all standing in the lobby of the Metro Court: when Mac was arresting Jerry and the others were denying it was him. In the background walking past them was the crazy Nanny who kidnapped Spencer from Nicholas. I would suspect that Collen is behind this one as well.

I think that if it turns out to be Sam they're going to give he a split personality that was cause by the stress so the "real" Sam won't know she did it. Other than that scenario, I really don't think it was Sam. I think it was either the lady Sam interviewed for her show or the lady in the hospital that lost her baby.

Amelia did it to try and frame Sam. Amelia is one of the few that know about Jason being the dad. She is wanting Sam ruined in every possible way.

I read in one magazine that it was Sonny in an effort to get Jason to acknowledge Jake as his son.
It also could be Amelia in an effort to set up Sam and break Jason and her up.
Definitely not Sam...way to obvious.
Not Jerry...he would be more obvious and enjoy watching Elizabeth and Lucky's torment.

i've heard a few theories.
sam took the baby because it's jason's and she can't have her baby with jason so she wants the next best thing- his child
amelia- because she knows that sam will be blamed and she is framing her, she has always had a vendetta against sam
liz- could she really have postpartom?
jerry jax- maybe he knows the baby's jasons
someone who wants to get back at lucky
someone who knows the baby's jason's and wants revenge
it could really have been anyone, but these are just the logical choices

i think Amelia did it. but it could be Sam even though they are making it REALLY obvious.
if Sam did it... i think she'll sneek Jake back home because its really hitting her about how it feels like 2 lose a baby.

Sam is way to obvious, so it will look like she did for a while. Jerry would be a good but again obvious choice. I think we will just have to wait.

it could be amelia , she wants to get even with sam because she feel sam killed her father. it will look like sam took the baby because she can't have jason ;s kid.

I don't think it is Sam. I don't know who it is but they sure are trying very hard to get us to think it is Sam. I am sick of this story line SO MUCH. How about the rest of you.

If you ask me, I think it was Sam. Something inside her snapped when she learned that Elizabeth's baby is Jason's son. Because Sam can't have her own children (she and Jason can't adopt either due to criminal records), she took Jake, because she wants a baby more than anything in the world. It has to be her. There is no one else who would take Elizabeth Spencer's son.
