You know how JKR has her own made up words like Muggle and Auror and all that stuff that are capitalized, so is there some place on the Internet that has all of them listed?

hp-lexicon.org, it'll tell you basically ANYTHING you want to know, just check their encyclopedia sections.

His eyes are as green as a fresh pickled toad,
His hair is as dark as a blackboard.
I wish he was mine, he's really divine,
The hero who conquered the Dark Lord.
--Chamber of Secrets

"But we're not stupid- we know we're called Gred and Feorge."

"'But Dumbledore says he doesn't care what they do as long as they don't take him off the Chocolate Frog Cards,' said Bill, grinning."

"I s'pose Lord Voldemort's just a warm-up act compared to you three."

While I couldn't find a reference for all the words, muggle.net comes the closest:

At anotherlocation I saw a suggestion for readers to keep their own list.

So, proper nouns? Is that what you are asking about. hp-lexicon.com has about everything on Harry Potter. I doubt there is just one list, but you'll be sure to find them somewhere.
