If you mean scoring from the perimeter (ie jumpshots), I gotta go with Ben Gordon. He has unlimited range on his perfect-form jump shot. Also, he elevates more than any other jump-shooter in the NBA, allowing him to shoot over defenders. If it weren't for his defensive woes, Gordon would be an all-star guard starting for the Bulls. Sure Kobe is an amazing SCORER but he goes to the rack a lot. Gordon does too, usually with a floater, but spends a lot of his time on the perimeter, pulling up for jumpers.

It's defintly ray allen, look at the stats over the last 5 years
he shoots nearly 5% better than any other player.

Dirk hands down, There never has been a freak of nature like him, a 7 footer who shoots like him. It still awes me sometime, now if only he could wake up and do that in the playoffs.
