Could be unrelated problems.
If it's the ignition switch, the radio and other acessories usually will not work. I won't say it's impossible, but not the first place I'd look for the problem.
First place to look is the fuses and relays. Could be a blown fuse, or a bad relay. The relays are in the fuse box under the hood, A/C and PW are on separate relays, there should be a label telling you what the relays are. But, there are other relays that are the same size as these that you can use to test. Use a relay with the same number stamped or printed on top to test.
Power windows not working could also be in one of the power window switches. Try using the other window switches to operate, if one of them works, you need a new switch.
Could be bad window motors, but extremely unlikely if none of them are working.
As stated with A/C, you don't state the exact problem, if blowing but not cold, or not blowing at all.
If blowing but not cold, could be low on refrigerant, or a bad sensor.
If not blowing, could be a bad motor or bad motor resistor, or bad control unit.

You do not say what is wrong with the A/C. If it's working but not blowing cold air, look for a ruptured evaporator core. NOT a cheap fix on these models, since you have to tear out half the dash to remove it. Middle 1990's Chrysler Corp. cars had major issues with rupturing evaporator cores to the point that Chrysler extended the warranty to 7 years or 70,000 miles.
I had a Chrysler LHS (similar body) from that era, and the extended warranty covered the evaporator core replacement FOUR times.
