Well your right about P. Diddy and Paul Wall.
Now this may sound weird but i think the worst MC of all time, Past and Present is.............50 Cent
It just seems the dude dosn't even put any feeling into his raps. like hes just saying the words like hes reading them off a script.
like all the great ones had there rap voice. 2pac put a struggaling sound into his rap voice, Nas raps from the back of his throut, Biggie put on a kind of Jazz voice to his rap voice and Dr. Dre raps in a gangsta voice.
I think 50 Cent is good at singing chours in SOME songs (eg. Westside Story). But hes no Nate Dogg.
But Fat Joe is my the second worst in my book.
Hes a kicka*s rapper, don't get me wrong. but in Wild 'N Out he made a **** excuse for not doing the wild style (freestyle) part of the show. Still got a lot of respest for him though.

I wouldn't even consider P. Diddy an MC, he's a hype man at best.
Vanilla Ice was the worst.

NEVER consider Diddy a rapper. He never wrote 1 verse in his life. Funny thing is, the rappers who write for him are good in their own right.
But to the question: Past- MC Eiht
Present- Far too many to name, but if I had to go with one, I'm takin' Fabo from D4L. Just lame.

There are guys out there who are garbage. For every Eminem out there, comes a K-Fed (this guy has to jack Snoop's style to rap). But for me, Puffy (man, he's got business smarts, but that's it), half the guys from the South and anyone jumping on the bandwagon. Mims, his name says it all; he mimes the South when he's from the Bronx. 50 Cent after Get Rich or Die Tryin', Chingy (he just raps about bling, hoes, n how big his rims are, yeah we get it man). Benzino, ICP (yes, they both got shredded like nothing by Slim Shady).
S***, I could rap better then those whack muthafackers, and I'm still too raw for myself yet.

Too many to narrow down to just a few, but Puff Daddy, Lil' Jon, and Master P rank among them.

I think Puff Daddy is the one who made it possible for rappers not even be good and still be successful, including himself. But in my opinion almost every rapper coming out now isn't that good.

T-Pain... talking about Ray-J's johnson lmao. He ******* sucks.
I was at a show in Miami and T-Pain was on stage and he only had like 2 songs, couldn't even put on a whole set. He didn't have the synthesizer he usually uses and we started booing him, his hype man couldn't even save him, he talks so much bullshit. Man sounds like complete ****.
I hate Lil Mama.
I ******* HATE Kanye but he does got talent... I dunno.
Xzibit can't rap either... lol. I hate Ja too.
