I hate someone who lies and actually believes them. I have tangled up men in their own lies for years. All except my ex. He was too stupid to lie.

Trying to change a woman. I have had men in my life that think they can start to change me into being different than I am. They start out with small things and work up to larger things. I then find myself unhappy a few year later when I realize that I am no longer "me". I start feeling down. I am no longer the "free" spirit and no longer have laughter in my heart. I start to feel like I am constricted. This has happened with all 4 of my marriages and when I was free of those marriages it became as though I was a free bird or butterfly, again. It is hard to explain.

The one thing that's bothered me most is the inability to hold a conversation. You know, the one word answers... Many women (and I have been guilty on occasion) think this is subject to interpretation. "Does he really like me?" "Is he mad at me?" "Did I do something wrong?" "He must be cheating." The possibilities to these interpretations are endless when the majority of the time, I find, the man just has nothing he finds important to say.

I don't like it when men lie or exaggerate the truth to impress people. It really gets on my nerves and I can't stop myself from correcting them (when I know the truth).

i don't think every man does this, but my boyfriend when he gets mad or irritated with anything, and the front room is a little messy he'll snap "clean this mess up. now!". I HATE THAT. every single time. and with a baby, it usually has toys around the room. ugh. oh, and when guys leave the toilet seat up in the middle of the night so when i go i fall in. haha.

I can't think of anything in general that all men do to get on my nerves.
My husband snores. For the most part, it's ok, but when he's using the chainsaw (snoring really loud), and I ask him to roll over, he gets angry at me for waking him.
Pretty unfair.....

It is kind of exasperating when he turns the Tv volume down during commercials and then runs off and the program comes back on and the remote is (God only knows where) . And you have you hands full and can't move.

Honestly Sandstorm, men seem to lie a lot. I wish this wasn't true. Also, pretending they aren't good at some household chore so that you won't ask them to do it again.
Very lame.
