If you were someone who was approached by someone you liked who told you that they were attracted to you, and you reacted really rudely to them, whether out of fear, or because you were freaked out, would you feel bad after, would you apologize? If they never let you see them looking at you, what does this mean?

Definitely apologize if it indeed was "someone you liked." In fact, if it's someone you like why don't you approach them, apologize and go out just to see what kind of chemistry there is. Pt. 2--They're embarassed, wouldn't you be?

I would hope the rude person would feel bad afterwards. If you feel attracted to the person, yes, apologize. If you don't, let it go.

I have rejected someone rudely for kissing me once. "What the hell are you doing?" I said. I think it just means that they are embarrassed by you.
