in the commercial the camera is panning over a huge tail gate party scene where people are sitting in their trucks playing guitar, drinking, grilling, etc. it sounds like a rock song from the late 60s

They stopped using "Like a Rock" a while ago, now they're using several others, including "409" by the Beach Boys and "American Pie" by Don MacClean. You can read all the lyrics here: http://www.missamericanpie.co.uk/lyrics.html There's a lot of symbolism and references to pop culture events from that era, things like the plane crash that killed the Big Bopper, Richie Valens, and Buddy Holly (The Day the Music Died).
