i agree...i mean in all probability he won't win another title. he's never gonna have that 2nd superstar like shaq to help him out. let's face it without kobe L.A. is probably one of the worst teams in the west. PERIOD.

his image is going down the drain but not his career. He is still the best scorer in the league and will be for a long time because the next best players, like Lebron, are also passers.

No, look at his numbers this past season. he carried that team a long way because they ended up way above where they were supposed to end up. He's still relatively young, he's healthy. He just doesn't have the help he needs right now and that is what he is looking for. It's just hard for him to get traded because there isn't many people that can add up to what he is.

I was never a fan of Kobe, he was over rated cuause they are nothing now that Shaq left. He sucks. he should retire and become an announcer.

He should keep his mouth shut and share the ball...he wants to be the star so he ran Shaq out of town...now he's crying for help? Please. The owner of the Lakers can get KG and they still won't get past the first round of the playoffs.

His media image...possibly for now. As long as he stays with Lakers, it'll be a few more years before he starts to slow down. I don't care about years down the road, though... He's in his prime NOW! We need to win NOW!

If he scored a 100 a game I wouldn't pay money to see it. It would be like watching a trained seal clap his fins.

Who the really cares?
