The D-Rays are playing at home and a D-Ray batter hits a home run . The fans don't witness this because they were both at the hotdog stand buying snacks. Does the home run still count?

No It doesn't count because the fans don't care if the rays win or lose... Tampa has a great talent and i think they will soon put it all together, but probably not this year, and the fans are way to old and decrepit to get hot dogs (being in Tampa)

If the baseball went over the outfield wall, it's a homerun whether the fan sees it or not. Enjoy the hotdog.

LOL!

Best laugh I've had all day.

Yes, it counts. The umpires and the official scorer saw it, and probably at least a few of the players.

This begs the question: there are people watching a D-ray game?
