It is funny that you are bashing liberals for being uninformed, but do not realize that when someone gets used to using a certain term, they generally tend to continue to do so, even if words change.

But in reality, global warming, and global climate change mean pretty much the same exact thing.
the only reason for the name change, is "global warming" tends to confuse too many folks, making them think it is going to get warmer in every region.

are you saying the concept has changed?

basically scientists are figuring out of info to assist the "worldwide reason" , so their using "worldwide climate substitute" as a replace because of the fact once you seem returned in time there develop into that reason the place scientists started out saying that there develop into going to be an ice age yet develop into there? No, scientists are saying its our fault for the extra advantageous temperture ,however the temperture becoming won't be able to be shown as are faults because of the fact the earth is going via a cycle the place it gets warmer and for a volume of time and the climate adjustments all around even nevertheless it has njothing to do with automobiles or any type of production facility or in spite of. So there extremely undecided how the sunlight is affecting all human beings throughout.

Libs rarely know the right term for anything.

The earth has been much warmer in the past, and much colder. It will continue these changes pretty much independently of the small impact man has. The level of CO2 in the atmosphere has never been the driver for planetary temperature. If it were, how hot should the planet have been when the levels were 3-10 times higher?

Libs call our liberation of Iraq from a brutal dictator an invasion. I suppose they would rename giving freedom to the African slaves through the Emancipation Proclamation as "forced participation in democracy".

They talk about the Iraqi insurgents like they're freedom fighters, defending their own country, when in fact they are Islama fascist traitors who are defying the collective will of the 8 million Iraqis who voted for candidates of their choice in a fair, democratic election. These fascists are trying to topple their own government! That is not a freedom fighter, that is a traitor.

They use the euphemism "national health care" to describe the nightmare of Socialized medicine.

Maybe we should buy all Libs a dictionary. Oh wait, we're talking about people whose information comes from MTV sound bites and movies from Michael Moore. Libs don't have the patience to read a dictionary.

I'm one "lib" who thinks either term is appropriate. The Earth's atmosphere has been going through a warming trend for some decades now (and still is) hence global warming. But, because this trend doesn't result in consistent warming in every place at all times, and may in fact result in a new ice age (snap) climate change might be less confusing.

Well ...Global Warming and Global Climate Change are both theories of why the earth is going through some strange transitions that scientists are noticing...neither of them can be proven as a fact...therefore neither one is better than the other

What do you mean it changed? How come I didn't get that memo? How am I supposed to make fun of those people if I don't even have the lingo straight? Dear God, I am in a heap o' trouble. But then again that is my moniker. Oh well, life goes on.......for now.......maybe.....hey, got an ice cube handy? My drink is melting and I do hate a warm drink. Don't you?

A true republican, change the name of the terms to try to confuse people as to what the issues truly are, it doesn't work.
A rose by any other name is still a rose. Like many republicans on here you are playing a game of semantics but it doesn't change the truth.

Ya, just like amnesty is now Comprehensive Immigration Reform. Logging is 'Healthy Forest Initiative'. Delaying pollution controls on power plants is 'Clear Skies Initiative'.
