We're pretty certain that Lincoln was clean. The rest of them are all suspects, Republicans, Democrats, Whigs, Bull Moose. I bet that even Calvin Coolidge got a little on the side.
Esienhower took his to war with him, but he wasn't president yet.

Cleveland and Harding had children by mistresses. FDR had a long time mistress, Washington and JFK had affairs. Jefferson had a mistress after his wife died.
All I can think of off the top of my head.
