Yes, in the anime he cries on episode 107 because Kagome and the others were about to die.
Also, i read a manga chapter, when he cries. Hes hugging Kikyo, and shes dieing so he starts crying. Hes a lil baby in the chapter... seriously, Kikyos already dead lol
