1 doesn't compute. The smallest 7-digit odd number is 1234567. However, if the ones digit twice anything, it's not an odd number.

2 is 97531

3 doesn't compute. If a number is made from the first eight counting numbers, and there are no repeats, there can't be a ninth digit.

Please proofread your question. This is very difficult to read.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to 1 and 3, but I believe #2 is 9,7531.
