Yes, but in many different ways.
If you are a Christian, many will say they do not believe in reincarnation, yet Jesus was reincarnated to his Father's kingdom.
There are other religions where the belief is, people are reincarnated to other planes of conscientiousness or even as themselves in a different body on this plane.
In more recent times, there is a process by which a deceased person can be reincarnated into a diamond for a nominal fee ($5000 up based on carat size).
Then we can look at nature who continuously reincarnates. Creatures great and small have been reincarnated in other life forms such as plants or trees. While others are reincarnated as non-organic forms such as fossils, rocks, sand.
This probably is not the answer you might expect or was looking for but perhaps it will help you attain a different viewpoint or even new thought processes about this complex subject.

We live in an incredible universe and are very small by comparison to its wonders. What of the many people all so far apart in the world and that are strangers who have experienced similar death and return experiences. They all come back with a story and always similar to being given a choice or being made to repeat something in cases of those who attempt suicide. I don't ever pretend to know everything. It is vain and foolish to claim ultimate understanding of life much less to think your own life and belief gives the ultimate conclusion to it all. I believe God completely and the Bible completely, but I also believe we don't fully understand it and the layers within it. And this is all just my opinion, but I have a hard time believing God would ever trust man with more than just enough knowledge to get him by and others by in this life. So, maybe... I know I don't want to come back here that's for sure. This world has to many issues.
