This is the model Republicans aspire toward, it's just that their social policies are based on what's "best for society" rather than what's "easiest for society".

The Republicans mission to better society includes everyone paying low taxes and everyone having a job. Those are pretty good things to aspire to. They believing in helping people pull themselves out of poverty rather than helping people stay in poverty. The only great social divide for Republicans is abortion.

We could, of course, debate this in greater detail, but look at the little box we have to type in. Bottom line, Republicans are not devoid of concern for society, like Democrats would like everyone to believe, they just believe it should be done a different way. After all, even Republicans have to live in the society, why would they all want it to be pure crap?

Both persons are liberals. It would be nonsensical for conservatives to emulate liberals. Anyone can join the Republican party. Anyone can join the Democrat party.

I am a registered Democrat, but I don't have a liberal bone in my body.

Who hit you in the head? Get real, we have enough liberals in the world. Give everybody elses money away. But hey, let's get all touchy feely and sing kumbaya. I'm sure we'll all feel relief......somewhere.
