Im looking for someone who know about Japaneese weeping cherry trees?

I have a japanese weeping cherry and its been looking a little unheathy what can i do to help it?

Water is the main thing. A balanced fertilizer will help but water and a light mulch around the base outward about 3 feet. I have 3 of them.
