If we pull out now, then we are never going then the world will never respect America.

after watching a peoples resistance take on the superpower with 1960's and 1970's small arms, 4 years and still going hard, the world is already losing respect for America. you may not notice this watching news in America, but view it in other countries and you will already notice this trend.

She was just trying to be positive. In reality, after what George W. Bush has done, it will take decades for America to get the worlds respect back.

Because she thinks that is what voters want to hear. All candidates promise things, but rarely produce results. Once they are elected, they make up all kinds of excuses.

I guess people like you prefer our troops caught in a civil war, fighting an insurgency that doesn't wear a uniform - sitting ducks in effect. I think our military deserves better.
