Secondly, My mother is 60 and I am 24. We live in the same home. She is divorced. Can we qualify as combined income to take the tour and receive free tickets. (in Orlando)

No sarcastic answers, please.

Each timeshare has different specifications as to who will be allowed to purchase. For example, some say married couples only...others...no single women...etc. I would check out their rules and thoroughly research them before accepting a tour. My ex and I sued a timeshare resort and won the case. We were never able to stay at the timeshare in 2 years, and the free gift to take the tour also never materialized. Good luck!!!

Everyone is different, so it is kind of hard to tell and some are more strict than others. I would call some timeshares to see what their policies are and see if you can get it with what you are able to proove. Otherwise it will likely be more hassle than it is worth.

I've not done a timeshare tour in years, don't really plan to do one again, but I can't remember what they required for proof. I know most require you either be married or cohabitating, so I'm not sure if they would allow you to go with just your mother.

Again, the best thing is to call around.

Good luck
