Why would I do that? If I only have one day, I've got better things to do. I don't even care if a grave gets dug since I won't know it after I'm dead anyway. LOL

No the grave digger does that I won't need to! I would think about having a big party though. Seems fitting to party my way out.

It depends, if the person knew they were going to die they might dig their grave, but that would take time, and I wouldn't want to waste the last day of life.

No, I would spend it with my loved ones ,and spend some of my life savings to hire someone to dig it.The rest of my savings I would spend the rest for the best day ever with my family.

No, but I would try to seduce M.S., play on the fact that I'm going to die to convince him, and then have sex for the rest of the night. Oh yeah, and I would kiss my kids goodbye.
