Ok guys, I need your smartness, because google isn't cutting it at this time. My dad is insisting I find out some information about a cartoon from the eighties called "Space Cowboys" or "Cosmic Cowboys", or something along those lines (Yet we're still not completely sure). Anyways, he did say something about a gun being named Sara Jane?
Ok guys, please help me quick! Thanks for any replies!!!! :)

It doesn't sound familiar, but along the lines of Silverhawks, there was this other cartoon dubbed over here in Mexico as "Guardians of the Galaxy". It had certain "space cowboy feel" since the aforementioned Guardians were sort of sheriff deputies in space, even wearing star like batches that when touched, would trigger special powers. As far as I recall, this one guy was a cyborg and his mechanical parts will shine, and this other guy turned into energy or something similar. This last guy was called Jake Guzman, and every1 called him "Goose".

I'm not sure if that's the one your dad saw, but I hope he remembers too.

NOTE: I really don't know what the original name of the show was, since it was dubbed in Spanish over here... sorry!

You might be thinking of "Bravestar" although I think the gun had a different name...
